Meet Vanessa Varga, the heart and soul behind Varga Lawyers. A true luminary in Wills + Estates, Vanessa's name has graced Doyle’s Guide every year since 2018. As a dedicated legal professional, Vanessa’s passion shines through in delivering an authentic legal service with your best interests at heart.
Vanessa is well equipped to assist you with all your complex Wills + Estates legal matters. Whether it is the creation of a sophisticated estate plan involving Testamentary Trusts and the consideration of numerous interrelated entities, a challenging deceased estate probate matter, or multifaceted estate litigation as well as providing expert assistance with SACAT applications, Vanessa will efficiently advise you of your options empowering you to choose the right solution for you.
Vanessa commenced practising law in 2003. In 2008, she became the youngest person amongst her colleagues to be promoted to equity partner in another leading Wills + Estates law firm. As an equity partner specialising in Succession Law, Vanessa began volunteering her time to teach Succession Law to other lawyers, combining her passion for the law and desire for growth.
Vanessa founded Varga Lawyers in 2016 with the same indominable spirit and relentless grit which propelled her to the top of her field. Under Vanessa’s tutelage, Varga Lawyers has enjoyed continued significant growth and established itself as a leading specialist Wills + Estates firm in South Australia.
In 2017, Vanessa wrote the Succession Law course guide for Flinders University and delivered the subject for a number of years to the Flinders University students. In 2018, Vanessa delivered the Succession Law subject at the University of South Australia.
Vanessa was proclaimed a ‘brilliant legal communicator’ by ABC Radio’s David Bevan of Adelaide Mornings, a show where she features as a regular guest legal expert helping to breakdown the complexities of the law and how it impacts you.
Vanessa is also the Deputy Chair of the Succession & Elder Law Committee of the Law Society of South Australia.
