With a passion for succession law, negotiation and litigation procedures, Shannon offers our clients calm and supportive guidance through complex inheritance, trust and estate matters. A background in commercial litigation, coupled with years of dedicated experience in Wills + Estates, allows Shannon to handle our client’s multifaceted legal issues with precision, care and a commercial mindset.

Beginning her legal career in commercial litigation in a well-established Adelaide law firm, Shannon developed a wide range of skills in document drafting, mediations, and courtroom advocacy. Gaining solid experience working in a boutique Wills + Estates firm, and later the Wills + Estates team within a commercial and property law firm, Shannon focused on providing strategic estate planning advice to professionals and property owners, assisting executors in administering estates, and representing clients in inheritance, trust and estate disputes along with SACAT applications.

Shannon’s unique academic combination allows her to handle complex estate matters involving international or commercial elements, providing her clients with confidence in navigating estates with complicated or cross-jurisdictional issues.

Working with legal counsel, accountants and financial advisors, Shannon understands the importance of engaging collective expertise to produce the best possible outcome for our clients. Shannon is dedicated to resolving disputes collaboratively and commercially, while prioritising our clients’ best interests.  

Having personally experienced loss and the administrative complexities that follow, Shannon is acutely aware of the importance of having a trusted advisor to guide you through the process, relieve some of the burden and allow you space to grieve.
