Samantha joined Varga Lawyers in 2019 and is a foundational member of our team.

Samantha specialises in estate litigation, encompassing a range of legal matters, including inheritance family provision claims, contesting the validity of Wills, and other related disputes. 

Her articulate advocacy, meticulous attention to detail, and diligent work ethic have consistently contributed to the firm's success.

With her determination and expertise, Samantha has achieved positive outcomes for our clients at mediations and as co-counsel in the Supreme Court.  

Samantha also enjoys the complexities of estate planning, ensuring our clients’ intentions are clearly and accurately reflected in their Wills. With her experience in estate litigation and dispute work, Samantha is uniquely placed to draft Wills which prevent the issues she sees in Court.

Samantha’s expertise has been recognised in Doyle’s Guide, where she was named a “Rising Star” in the areas of Wills, Estates, and Succession Planning in 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Samantha is committed to deepening her legal knowledge, which is reflected in her strong academic background. Samantha graduated with First Class Honours and completed an Honours thesis, both of which honed her analytical and research skills.
